Our normal office hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm Mon-Fri.
Outside of these times, we will respond to urgent customer matters within 3 hours.
In which countries is Rentancy available?
Rentancy is currently focused on serving the United Kingdom property market.
Our intention is to deliver the service internationally in future years. Please contact the sales team if you would like to use Rentancy in your country contact@rentancy.com.
Is a free trial available?
Better than a free trial, Rentancy is free to use for small teams forever. You can use internally for team collaboration and with your first 5 properties for free forever.
Can I get help with the setup?
Yes, our team will help witth bulk upload existing properties, users and contracts.
We also offer training to staff to help get started on the right foot.
How much does the service cost?
Our Standard Plan is only £1 per property per month.
This covers unlimited team users and unlimited tenants, landlords and suppliers.
As our service expands we will offer more service for an additional fee per month. Our aim will be to give customers transparency and predictability over pricing.
Can I limit which properties are charged?
Yes, you can freeze a property at anytime and it will be excluded from your monthly subscription. You can also unfreeze a property when you are ready to remarket that property.
Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes, Rentancy offers a no quibble, 100% money back guarantee in the first 30 days after the start of paying for the service. Thereafter, you can cancel at anytime with 14 days notice.
Can I remove personal details for GDPR purposes?
Yes, email support@rentancy.com with your request and we will remove that user from your system.
Can I connect Rentancy to my existing software?
Rentancy has a growing list of connections and interfaces to 3rd party software. Please contact our sales team with your specific software at contact@rentancy.com.
What customisation is available?
You can upload your own logo and branding on Rentancy. We also support loading your own property guide and emergency details for your office or at a property level.
