Rentancy August Feature Update

In August we focused development on sharing documents with tenants, attachments and search.

Document sharing:

– Upload contracts, property information, compliance information to share with tenants.
– Documents stored in a digital folder unique to the property and tenants.
– Tenants have read only access.
– All updates are journaled and available for audit purposes.
– Strengthens GDPR compliance and security
– Tenants can message and send in attachments by chat or attach directly.
– Tenants can access documents with a handy app.

Search:

– Users can now search by keyword any work and search across properties, lettings, contacts, conversations.
